Find a sensible place
to start with AI.
You do not need to transform the whole business. Check the foundations for one task, then get a practical next step.
A first experiment needs a clear task, a source you trust and a person who can check the work.
“Not yet” is useful information. It tells you what to prepare before you invest.
A starting point.
Not a score to chase.
Readiness changes with the task. A business may be ready to draft an internal summary and unprepared to automate a customer decision.
How our guidance worksMake uncertainty useful.
Unknowns become preparation steps. You can change any answer and see how it affects the guidance.
Keep control where it belongs.
A person owns the source material, checks the output and approves its use. High-stakes or regulated work needs appropriate qualified review.
Earn confidence through a trial.
Compare actual effort and quality on a small set of similar tasks before expanding. A positive checklist result cannot predict success.
A few sensible questions.
Is this a full AI maturity assessment?
No. This is a practical check for one proposed workflow. It does not audit your systems, verify compliance, inspect data or rank your business against others.
What if most of my answers are “not sure”?
That is a useful starting point. The result prioritizes what to clarify first: data and consequences, a reviewer, source material, then the task itself. You do not need to buy software to do that preparation.
Can a pharmacy or another regulated business use this?
You can explore ordinary administrative workflows, but this check does not approve clinical, legal, financial or other regulated decisions. Keep those decisions with qualified people and get the appropriate advice before using sensitive information or acting on outputs.
What happens after this check?
You receive a next step on this page. If you want wider guidance, the free eight-step assessment considers your business model, priorities and repeated work and provides a recommendation with a 14-day experiment worksheet.
Take one clear step.
Then learn from it.
Build on the way your business already works. Find an opportunity, understand the checks and plan a small experiment.
