What the free beta provides
Future of My Business offers a free, rules-based assessment of the business information you supply. It identifies workflows, possible pressures and practical experiments to consider. You can also read an illustrative action plan for a fictional business.
No payment, subscription or user account is required. Paid plans are not available in this beta. Any displayed future price is provisional and does not create a purchase or payment obligation.
A starting point for your judgment
Results come from a curated framework and your answers. The service does not independently inspect your business, research your market or verify the information you enter. Bands and time ranges are planning assumptions, not validated predictions or measured savings. The methodology page explains how they are selected and where they may be wrong.
The assessment is general planning guidance, not a professional audit or clinical, legal, financial, regulatory or other professional advice. Keep qualified people responsible for regulated and safety-critical decisions. Check any suggested approach against your operations, local requirements and professional advice where appropriate.
No guaranteed outcome
The service does not promise hours saved, lower costs, additional sales, business survival or successful implementation. A supervised trial may show that a change adds work or is not worthwhile. Verify tool capabilities, prices, terms and data handling before adopting a tool.
Using the service responsibly
Submit only information you are entitled to use. Keep descriptions general and leave out customer or patient records, staff information, passwords and confidential material. Do not use the service to obtain someone else’s results, bypass access controls or disrupt availability.
Private links and availability
Your private link gives access to your assessment without a separate login. Anyone who has it can read the result, so share it only intentionally. Keep a copy if you want to return; without an account, recovery of a lost link may not be possible.
Free, unpaid assessments are scheduled for removal once more than 90 days old, during the next daily cleanup. Save or print a copy if you want to retain it longer. The beta may change, pause or become unavailable; it is not a permanent records service.
Privacy and your rights
The privacy notice describes the information stored, service providers, private links and retention. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Future changes
The current beta is free. If a paid service is introduced, its price, purchase information and applicable terms will be available before you choose to buy.
