A useful starting point.
With its workings visible.

This assessment organizes what you tell us into practical options to investigate. It is a structured self-assessment, not a prediction of your business’s future.

Three separate questions

Where could work improve?

Operational opportunity reflects your reported time spent on repetitive work and the types of workflow you select. Larger workloads and repeatable information tasks increase the band. This does not measure the proportion of your business that could be automated.

Where might pressure come from?

Competitive pressure combines your reported experience, customer channel and business category. Online channels and services built around information receive more weight because those activities may be easier to compare. We have not inspected your competitors, accounts or market. If you answer “I’m not sure,” the assessment names that uncertainty.

What are you ready to try?

Implementation readiness reflects how organized your information is and how regularly you already use AI. The score is separate from commercial pressure. A business can face substantial change and still need basic preparation before a pilot.

How recommendations are selected

The current version uses a deterministic framework: the same answers produce the same result. It ranks a curated set of workflow experiments using the work you selected, your stated goal and your business type. Budget, information quality and oversight needs change the first steps and safeguards.

Your business description provides context and helps flag potentially sensitive or regulated work. This version does not independently research your business or use a language model to analyze every detail of that description. Businesses outside the named sectors receive general workflow guidance with that limitation stated.

If you select fewer than three workflows, the results may include an adjacent idea. It is labeled as an idea to confirm, and no time saving is estimated for it.

What the bands mean

Low, moderate and high are relative categories within this framework. They are not probabilities, market benchmarks, validated risk ratings or comparisons with other businesses. The rules are based on judgment and have not been calibrated against business outcomes.

Time is a hypothesis to test

Where shown, time ranges split your business’s reported repetitive workload evenly across the workflows you selected. They apply an illustrative 0–20% improvement assumption, narrowed for scattered information and regulated work. They exclude setup time, assume human review has already been counted, and cap the open-ended workload answer at 40 hours for illustration.

Those assumptions may be wrong for your business. A trial could save no time or add work. Released time is not automatically money saved, and the estimates should not be added together into a revenue claim. The plan asks you to measure a baseline, trial the change and compare the actual outcome.

People stay accountable

For pharmacies and other sensitive or regulated work, suggested experiments focus on non-sensitive supporting administration. Qualified professionals retain responsibility for clinical, legal, financial and safety-critical decisions. The assessment is not a compliance review.

The paid plan

The action plan expands the same framework into workflow briefs, a 30-day sequence, measurement formulas and review questions. It does not add independent market research, a consultant’s inspection or a guaranteed return. You can read a complete fictional example before purchasing.
